8-Hour Defensive Driving Course

Your people and your property are your company's most valuable assets. That's why our Defensive Driving Course (DDC) is smart business: It protects your assets, and it saves lives. Every year, more than 1.5 million people throughout the world take DDC. Transportation and safety experts say it's the most effective driver improvement program you can use.

The course covers collision prevention, physical and mental conditions that affect driving, defenses against impaired drivers, following distance, proper passing techniques and urban and rural hazards. DDC includes the most recent research on preventing deaths and injuries, using training techniques that reinforce every point. New safe-driving issues include air bags, anti-lock braking systems, automatic safety belts, child restraints and substance abuse.

This type of training makes better drivers both on and off the job. That means reduced company vehicle collisions, less absenteeism due to injuries and court time, and lifelong employee safe driving habits. Each driver receives a certificate of course completion.

Fee: $600 (1-10 students) + $25 per each additional student + travel expenses, if any.
