Forklift Train-the-Trainer



REVISED! OSHA's General Industry Standard 1910.178(1) states that "only trained and authorized operators shall be permitted to operate a powered industrial truck. Methods shall be devised to train operators in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks." This full-day classroom workshop will provide you with the technical expertise needed to safely operate forklift equipment, will cover safe driving procedures, and will qualify you to conduct an effective training session. BONUS! Members may use free videos from our lending library or streaming library as part of their employee training.

Bill Schreiner    
Consultant
Bill is a highly skilled consultant, instructor and presenter in a wide variety of areas of occupational safety and OSHA compliance with nearly 50 years of experience in construction, general industry and commercial vehicle safety. He is an authorized trainer from the OSHA Training Institute and National Safety Education Center and an expert trainer in forklifts, aerial lifts, heavy machinery and commercial motor vehicles.


Gary Kuper    
Consultant
Gary has over 25 combined years’ of experience in construction, healthcare, manufacturing management and safety programs. He is a consultant, has a B.S. in electrical engineering. An MBA, OSHA Authorized construction outreach trainer and has also been an adjunct instructor at Century College. Gary brings a broad perspective from his years of experience of safety training to his students and classes.
